This is the Wanamaker, Kempton & Southern tourist railroad as it exists in 2020. To get the most out of this route, make sure to get the locomotive and consist from K&L Trainz, www.KLTRAINZ.com

This version of the route was built in TANE SP4 build 105766 and contains both the ORIGINAL route as built during my video series on YouTube as well as a motified version using only DLS assets. This route is not guaranteed to work in any other version of Trainz.

This download now includes the Trainz 2019 version of the map. You'll still need to install the included dependency pack.

Please note: The dependency pack does NOT include all dependencies for the route. Just 3 that were custom made for it. You'll need to download all dependencies from the Download Station. A First Class Ticket is recomended.

Open the zip file onece it's been downloaded. Next, open Content Manager. Decide which version of the route you'd like to install and drag that .cdp as well as the dependency .cdp into content manager. Once completed, search for the route or filter by "Today." The route should pop up and it'll likely be red and say, "missing dependencies." You'll need to right click the route and select Download from the drop down. This will download all the additional assets from the Download Station.
Some customers have reported issues with a few assets: <kuid2:82412:611314:1>,<kuid2:82412:611313:1>,<kuid2:82412:611311:1> are stacks of trackside rail. They can be obtained from the Milwaukee Road Avery Drexel route or simply deleted from the route without issue.

<kuid2:124017:25029:2> Plate Girder Bridge, bendy. For me it's listed as "Built In" but it's also a dependency of The Bidye Traction Railroad, so it can obtained by downloading that route.

Another option is to open the config file for the route, search the config for <kuid2:124017:25029:2>, and then change it to <kuid:124017:25029>. This will tell the game to use the DLS version of the asset instead of the one associated with the Bidye Traction route.

A Favorite!
I love this little route. While yes, the K&L pack is meant to go with this route for prototypical purposes, it really goes nicely with any smaller motive power one may have. I love to showcase new switchers, tankers, and the likes on this one. Nicely detailed and runs quite smoothly.
